Would love the ability to write listing descriptions in multiple languages. Many of my guests are international and auto-translate doesn't capture the tone.

My partner helps manage our properties but can't access my account. A co-host role with limited permissions would be incredibly useful.

I list on multiple platforms and need to sync calendars to avoid double bookings. iCal import/export would save so much time.

Would love a built-in smart pricing tool that adjusts rates based on local demand, events, and seasonality without needing a third-party tool.

Right now I have to check the website for messages. A mobile app with push notifications would help me respond faster to guests.

I'd love a dashboard showing monthly revenue, occupancy trends, average nightly rate, and comparison to previous periods. Currently I track everything in spreadsheets.

As a guest, I'd love to save listings to a wishlist so I can compare them later. Currently I have to bookmark URLs which is clunky.

Managing calendars one property at a time is tedious when you have 8+ listings. A bulk view to block dates across all properties at once would be amazing.

The site already has a dark theme but a toggle for a light mode option would be nice for daytime browsing. Some guests prefer light backgrounds.

A verified badge for hosts who maintain high ratings, fast response times, and clean records would build trust with guests.
